A Merry Christmas

We hope you all had a VERY merry Christmas!

Out and about at the plaza de armas... a motokar covered in Santa garb... seriously.

Christmas carols

The Christmas story

Sleeping around the Christmas tree, a tradition.

Opening presents... thank you everybody!

Guessing it's hot at Christmas time for you! :-) LOL. That southern hemisphere thing is tricky.

Happy New Year, 2010, Amy!

I guess all those shirt-less boys gave it away?! Yep. 94 degrees usually! Though I am quite aware of the multitudes of people who have warm Christmases, it is hard for us northerners to get used to! :)
Happy New Year to you TOO, Jimmie!

Hi Amy,
I tried to leave a comment on the Tuttletribe blog, but it didn't work out. Anyway, I'd just like to wish you all a very happy and blessed new year! Your blog is very inspiring, I read (almost) all of it ;-). I also finished reading your Charlotte Mason book, it left me with so many ideas for (part-time) homeschooling our kids. Thanks for sharing!

Hope to see you soon!

LOL, it's in the 20's here! Y'all are looking like it is sweltering there. What a contrast! Family! Love it!

Pure Perseverance,
I wish I could give you a couple extra degrees! I'll share say... 25 degrees with you! Then I could be at 70* and you might make it into the 50s! We couldn't go much lower than that here, the people would die of exposure... heheh.

:)
